I had an very nice five-night stay at Minerva Premium Hotel in Hanoi. The location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring Silk Street and nearby dining options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my family was well cared for, providing thoughtful service throughout our visit. However, in the second room, I found it inconvenient that I couldn't switch on just the toilet light without also turning on the main room light.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Minerva Premium Hotel. The staff were super friendly and professional, always greeting me with a smile. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great selection, including Spanish Jamon. Although I did notice a little low water pressure from my high floor room and heard some outside music one night, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. I'd definitely consider this hotel my first choice for my next business trip.
